We want to hear from you.

This survey is your opportunity to share your experiences, thoughts, and ideas about the support you’ve received since leaving care or preparing to leave care. Whether things have gone well, or you’ve faced challenges, your voice matters - and it helps us improve services for you and other care leavers.

The questions cover key areas from your pathway plan, including housing, education, health, relationships, finances, and how involved you feel in decisions about your future. There are no right or wrong answers - just your honest views.
