Child Friendly WF - Professionals Survey
Overview
Do you offer services to, manage services for, or work/volunteer with children and young people? Then this survey is for you.
Child Friendly Westmorland and Furness (CFWF) is a whole council commitment to prioritising the rights, needs, and wellbeing of our children and young people, ensuring they grow up in safe and supportive environments that encourage and value their participation.
This programme of work, which is key to delivering our ambition for every child, will bring together the council, children and young people, families, communities, and partners to embed children’s rights into everyday decision making and ensure that our area is the very best place for children and young people to grow up. We launched Child Friendly Westmorland and Furness in October 2025.
Over the next few months, we will be gathering information from a range of sources to understand how well children’s rights are implemented across services, and to gain a clear picture of children and young people's experiences within their communities. We refer to this as our Discovery Phase.
