Proposed Public Space Protection Orders across Westmorland and Furness

The Council is proposing the introduction of the Orders at 9 locations where people have been found to be causing anti-social behaviour linked to fly-camping, unsafe fires or barbecues and damaging the environment.

If introduced, the Council and Cumbria Police will be granted additional powers to find people up to £100 if caught offending.
