This online survey will ask you to state a preference for one of five options for the future of Grisedale Croft, and give you the opportunity to add your comments.

• Option 2: Refurbish Grisedale Croft
• Option 3: Rebuild at Grisedale Croft
• Option 4: Close Grisedale Croft with no alternative provided
• Option 5: Provide an alternative to Grisedale Croft in Alston
