Out-of-Hours Contact Review
Overview
Westmorland and Furness Council is currently reviewing the services it provides outside of normal office hours. This includes services such as housing emergencies, highways faults, and other urgent contacts that people need to make in the evenings, overnight, at weekends, or on bank holidays.
You are being asked to complete this short survey because our records show you have contacted one of these services out of hours in the past twelve months, or you have given us your consent to send you this questionnaire. Your experience matters to us, and your feedback will be used directly to improve the way these services work for residents across the area.
The survey takes less than five minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous: we will not be able to identify you from your answers. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to provide your contact details if you are willing to take part in a short follow-up conversation, but this is entirely your choice and will not affect how your responses are used.
